Walnet served up 389,369 webpages during this aproximately one-year period. During this one-year period Walnet transferred 7,123 Mbytes of data. In the first quarter of 1997 Walnet served 18,753 distinct hosts. In the final quarter Walnet served to 26,220 distinct hosts. This is an increase of 71.5 per cent. If Walnet served 99,092 pages to 26,220 distinct hosts during the last quarter then hosts requested an average of 3.78 pages. It breaks down like this:

Commercial Sex Information Service served out 335,711 pages or 86.22% of all the pages served by walnet.org.

There is much to see on CSIS:

As of March 16, CSIS directories held 631 items (5.6 Mbytes), approximately 252 items were webpages. As of January 5, 1998, there were 962 items (16.8 Mbytes) in the CSIS directories. Of these items 500 are .html pages. This is a 98.41 per cent growth in webpages.

• Rights Groups served a total of 86,852 pages during 1997 or 25.87% of CSIS. Rights Groups served 9,539 pages during the first quarter of 1997. 27,238 pages were served during the last quarter. This is an increase of 185.54 per cent. As of January 9, there were 80 pages in the Rights Groups directories.
  
  • SWAV served 55,414 pages during 1997 or 16.50% of CSIS. (In addition, SWAV's pointer page in another directory was hit 31,993 times.)
    
    • The John "School" position paper was served 7,168 times in 1997.
      
    • SWAV's healthcards were served 6,143 times.
      
    • Whore Wars served up 4,739 pages since March 23 when they were first created.
      

  • NSWP served 14,520 pages during 1997 or 4.32% of pages served from CSIS. (In addition, NSWP's pointer page in another directory was hit 1,303 times.) During the first quarter of 1997, NSWP served 1,255 pages. During the final quarter, NSWP served 6,771 pages. This is an increase of 439 per cent. As of January 9, 1998 there were 10 pages in the NSWP directory.

  • Maggie's served 5,519 pages in 1997 or 1.64% of all of CSIS. In the first quarter of 1997, Maggie's served 605 pages. During the last quarter of 1997, Maggie's served 1,921 pages, an increase of 217.5 per cent. The Maggie's homepage was created January 19, 1997.

  • SWAT served 1,340 pages in 1997 or 0.39% of CSIS. During the first quarter of 1997 SWAT served 209 pages. During the final quarter of 1997, SWAT served 820 pages. This is an growth of 292 per cent. As of January 10, 1998, there were four pages in the SWAT directories.

• Newclippings served 62,565 pages during 1997, 18.64 per cent of all the pages served from CSIS. 9,539 pages were served during the first quarter of 1997. 21,390 newsclippings were served during the last quarter. This is an increase of 124.24 per cent. As of January 9, 1998 there were 300 webpages in the News Clippings directories.

• The Sensual Services directory served 49,960 pages during 1997. 15,443 pages were served during the first quarter of 1997. 8,296 pages were served the last quarter. This is a decrease of 46.28 percent! . Sensual Services accounted for 14.88 per cent of CSIS page requests.
  
  • There were 10,865 requests for Escort services.
    
  • There were 7,213 requests for other sexy links.
    
  • There were 7,189 requests for Vancouver bodyrub parlours.
    
  • Lower Mainland parlours were requested 3,917 times.
    

• The Law area of CSIS, which includes Legal Tips and Analysis, served a total of 18,601 pages making up 5.54% of CSIS requests. During the first quarter, Law served out 3,503 pages. During the last quarter of 1997, Law served out 5,814 pages. This is a growth of 65.97 per cent.
  
  • Trials of the Sex Trade served a total of 6,150 pages in 1997. During the first quarter of 1997 Trials served 666 pages. During the final quarter Trials served 3,208 pages. This is an increase of 381.68 per cent.There were three pages in the Trials directory as of January 10, 1998.
    
  • Prostitution in Canada by Sylvia Davis was served a total of 6,092 times in 1997.
    

• The Health area of the site, which includes Medical Research and Safe Sex Tips, served a total of 11,907 pages for 3.55% of CSIS requests. During the first quarter of 1997, Health served 3,223 pages. During the final quarter Health served 4,150 pages. This is an increase of 28.76 per cent.
  
  • How to Have Safer Sex was served 2,373 times in 1997.
    

• Whore Heroes filled 8,786 requests (2.62% of CSIS) in 1997. and of those 702 were for Pam George pages.
  
• 1,364 Government Reports pages were served during 1997. 619 requests of which were for Junger/Whitehead Inquiry pages. During the first quarter of 1997, Reports served 91 pages. During the fourth quarter of 1997, Reports served 668 pages. This is a growth of 634.06 per cent. The Reports directory was created January 21, 1997.

97 Walnut served a total of 9,939 pages or (2.55% of all of Walnet) during 1997. During the first quarter of 1997, 97 Walnut served 1,919 pages. During the final quarter 97 Walnut served 1,896 pages. This is a decrease of 1.2 per cent. 97 Walnet's peak performance was during the second quarter with 3,506 pages.

• Danny Cockerline served 6,690 pages (or 1.72% of Walnet) during 1997. During the first quarter 1997, Danny Cockerline served 1,026 pages. During the fourth quarter Danny Cockerline served 1,314 pages. This is an increase of 28 per cent. Danny Cockerline's peak performance was during the second quarter serving 2,396 pages.
  
• Fiona Stewart served 1,752 pages or 0.45% of Walnet during 1997. During the first quarter of 1997, Fiona Stewart served 432 pages. During the fourth quarter, Fiona Stewart served 346 pages. This is a decrease of 19.9 percent. Fiona Stewart's peak performance was during the second quarter, serving 612 pages.
  

Lunatics Liberation Front served 3,887 pages (or 1.0% of Walnet) during 1997. LLF served 886 pages during the first quarter of 1997. LLF served 805 pages during the fourth quarter. This is a decrease of 9.14 per cent. LLF's peak performance was during the second quarter, serving 1,376 pages.
