If a date wants to pay you to be in a video and you're over 18, and you don't mind who sees it later, that's your business. Otherwise, think twice.

Most kinds of sex are legal to do once you get to be 14. But if you are under 18, it is against the law to pay you for sex. It is also a crime to make or own sexy pictures (videos, polaroids, even drawings!) of someone under 18 years old.

If you are under 18 and police get a sexy picture of you, you could be forced to name your friends, lovers and customers, or even put in a detention centre!

Any video is evidence that can be used against you.

This has already happened to boys working in Toronto, London and Vancouver.
