Dear Andrew – Will

I was very saddened to hear of CB's death. The loss of her living presence represents the loss of memory of a particular time period, particular important struggles, the voice of those often silenced. She contributed her astute politics & passionate articulation to key debates, to the formation and strengthening of vital communities.

But that aside, I know she was a tremendous friend to you, an earth mother, an advisor, a peer, an editor, a dope smoking companion. She always had your heart, your support & help, your ear, and your good will.

May the earth bless her body & soul as it absorbs it into its field. She was and is a beautiful person.
