Prostitutes' clients risk cars under bill

HALIFAX — Provincial Justice Minister Michael Baker yesterday reintroduced changes to Nova Scotia's Motor Vehicle Act that would allow municipalities to pass bylaws giving police officers the power to seize the vehicles of anyone suspected of picking up a prostitute.
