Chief faces charges

CANNINGTON, ONT. — The district chief of Cannington's volunteer fire department has been charged after a videotape of children changing into their bathing suits was found. Durham Region police seized a pinhole video camera, and 78 video cassettes from a residence in Cannington, north of Oshawa. Police said one homemade tape appeared to have been taken showing two young girls changing into their bathing suits. Warren Ernest Campbell, is charged with two counts of mischief.
