Prostitution forum

The Langara Dialogues presents "Abolish Prostitution. Don't Legalize It," a public forum about prostitution from an abolitionist's perspective. The event takes place June 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Vancouver Public Library Central Branch, 350 West Georgia St. Speakers include Annabel Webb, a visiting scholar at the UBC Faculty of Law, Michelle Miller, director of REED (Resist Exploitation, Embrace Dignity), Trisha Baptie, director of Honour Ministries, and Jackie Lynne, a member of the Aboriginal Women's Action Network.For information, visit or call 604-323-5771.
