More porno charges laid

Charges laid against Michael Andrew Gibbon, 28, include sexual assault and sexual interference.

The alleged incidents occurred in Quesnel in 1985 and involved an 11-year-old girl.

Gibbon, a resident of the Fraser Valley community of Bridal Falls, also faces a charge of making child pornography, an allegation stemming from a police raid on his home earlier this year.

He faces a total of 11 charges and is being held in custody until his next court appearance in July.

Last month, Attorney-General Ujjal Dosanjh ordered an independent investigation into the justice system's handling of Gibbon.
