RichmondA Richmond man's bail hearing was postponed for a week after nine new charges, including extortion and sex-assault counts, were laid against him yesterday.Frank Kim, 24, now faces 26 charges -- including making child-pornography videotapes, sexually assaulting a person under the age of 14 and unlawful confinement. He's to appear in court again next Monday.
