Child porn accused released

Marck Richer was released on the condition that he not have contact with people under 18 years of age and not go near any public areas where children might be -- such as playgrounds, school yards, swimming pools, community centres or libraries -- while his case is being dealt with in the courts.

At the recommendation of prosecutor Leslie Burrell, provincial court Judge Jane Auxier ordered Richer not to have any contact with video cameras or photography equipment.
