Girls' parents, not RCMP, were negligentThe Feb. 4 editorial, "RCMP was negligent in not looking after girls," prompts me to ask: Where were the girls' parents? Were the girls orphans? Why were they in a home of a man suspected of possessing child pornography and of other sexual offences?It seems that the RCMP is damned if it does and damned if it doesn't.
