Police have announced numerous charges stemming from a prostitution sting operation last week.

Ten prostitutes and seven johns were charged with communicating for the purpose of prostitution after RCMP targetted the King George Highway between 104th and 108th Streets and 135A Street betwen 104th and 108 Avenues.

Seven breach-of-probation charges were also laid along with some drug charges, including one charge of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
