DeltaA Delta man accused of possessing and making child pornography was granted $500 bail in Delta provincial court Wednesday, but remains in custody.Richard Gerald Randall, 43, must also appear in court on Vancouver Island next Wednesday for a bail hearing on charges of sexual assault that allegedly occurred in Sooke in 1989. Randall was arrested in his North Delta home Sept. 30 where police found illicit pamphlets, videotapes and computer disks containing child pornography. Randall is forbidden to have contact with children under 18 or possess compute equipment as conditions of his bail.
