What Sgro said'I think they (police and their supporters) forget there are lives around them that are being put in jeopardy.
'If they (the police association) run ads, they are going to hurt themselves.'
'We are entitled as Canadian citizens to ask questions, and when you start using those kind of tactics, it reminds me of something you'd see in Louisiana, where you daren't ask the police anything or you'll be found dead in the back of a car a week later.'
'I truly believe that a negative (ad) campaign is going to hurt the police themselves and the citizens of this city. I will keep right on doing what I have been doing, because I believe this is what I'm elected to do.
